Ingredients
- 1lb chicken thighs
- 1/2 onion
- 1cup frozen corn
- 1cup frozen green beanscut into small pieces
- 1cup chopped carrots
- ½ cup chopped celery
- 2 cubes beef flavored bouillon
- 2tsp salt
- 8cups water
- Fresh parsleyfreshly ground black pepper
- Homemade pasta

- Boil the chicken and 8 cups of water with salt and pepper and beef bouillon. In a pressure cooker it will take 30 minutes or 50 in regular pan.
- Remove the chicken from the water and place it on a cutting board. Remove any skin and bones from the chicken and cut the meat into small cubes.
- To the chicken stock add corn, beans, onion and celery bring to boil and cook for 15 more minutes.
- Add pasta and cook for another 15 minutes.
- After the pasta is cooked Return back the chicken and stir.
- Finish seasoning with freshly chopped parsley or chives.
