Ingredients
- 1-1/2cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4cup margarineBlue Bonnet
- 1cup powder sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- Rind from 1 orange (cheese grander ,small holes)
- 1tsp of vanilla

Instructions
- On a flat surface make a pile of flour.
- Cut margarine on small pieces and add to the flour along with the other ingredients.
- Kneed into smooth dough, cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Roll dough between two plastic sheets about 3 mm thick.
- Cut out desirable shapes, smaller sizes are better(1-1 1/2 inch).
- In half of the cutouts cut a small circle in the centre (or other small shapes).

- Bake at 350° F for 6-7 minutes. Remove from baking sheet and let cool.
- Take two identical pieces and spread jam or Nutella (hazel nut butter) on the bottom of one piece, and cover it with the other piece (with the hole).
- When using jam, dust the tops with powder sugar, and for Nutella, drizzle melted chocolate on the tops.
- Place the cookies in airtight container for a day or two before serving.
