Ingredients
- 1 small head of cabbage6 cups of chopped cabbage
- 1 Large onion
- 3tbsp Oil
- 3cups water
- 1- 1/2tsp of salt
- 1tbsp of caraway seed
- 3tbsp sugar
- 4tbsp vinegar
- 1/4cup water +2 Tbs flour

Instructions
- Peal the top layer of the cabbage off, and slice the head in quarters.
- Remove the hard centers, and cut into thin slices.
- Sate chopped onion on oil, till golden brown.
- Add cabbage, 3 cups of water, salt, and caraway seed. Cover with lid and bring to boil.
- Turn down the heat to medium low and let cook for 30 minutes.
- When the cabbage is tender add sugar and stir.
- In a small cup mix 1/4 cup of water with 2 Tbs of flour and stir into the cabbage.
- Cook for two minutes while stirring.
- Add 4 Tbs vinegar. You may add salt and sugar according to your taste.
