Ingredients
- 1cup water
- 4 tbsp white sugar
- 1/4tsp salt
- 1 1/2tbsp white vinegar
- 3 large tomatoes
- 1/4 onionchopped ( or 2 green onions)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- ground black pepper

Instructions
- In a medium bowl mix water, sugar and salt.
- Stir with a spoon till all is dissolved. Add vinegar.
- Dice tomatoes, chop the onion, and add to the bowl.
- Stir in the oil and ground black pepper.
- Refrigerate before serving.
